Abstract

Beginning with the composition of the information management system of traffic events,this article studies the function of system,structure of software module and selection of implementation method step by step,and introduces the development and implementation method of the information management system of traffic events.Also,it develops the application platform of the information management system of traffic events based on the analysis of the application of GIS software,and through the implementation of plan proves that this system is feasible,applicable and valuable.
