Studies on the co-evolution of Technology Innovation and Organization Innovation Based on the Network Economy

Under the condition of network economy, technological innovation and organizational innovation are regarded as the most important strategy to enhance enterprise' s competitive advantage and tackle fierce competition. In this paper, impacts that are brought by network economy on technological innovation and organizational Innovation are analyzed; the relation between technological innovation and organizational Innovation are explained. The co-evolution model of the technological innovation and organizational innovation is set up. The last, it points the future direction.
