Abstract

Objective To research clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy on different blood beta human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-HCG)levels. Methods 86 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected as study objects, methotrexate and mifepristone were used in all patients, study objects were divided into group A(2000 U/L)and group B(≥2000 U/L)depending on the concentration of serum β-HCG.The effect and adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results Cure rate of group A was 91.30%,higher than that of group B(70.00%),with statistical difference(P0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction in group A was 13.04%,lower than that in group B(32.50%),with statistical difference(P0.05).Symptom disappear time,β-HCG of urine and blood β-HCG returned to normal time in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B respectively, with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is clear, and the lower the blood concentration ofβ-HCG,the more obvious curative effect.
