Abstract
The status of the RMB exchange rate fluctuation is studied, the general and realistic factors are elaborated and the potential problems of the RMB exchange rate fluctuations are analyzed in this paper. At the same time, based on the effects of exchange rate fluctuation on China's financial industry, according to the Sino-US exchange rate dynamic gambling regulatory strategy of the RMB exchange rate is proposed. According to the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate and its impact on the economy, the reform of RMB exchange rate should continue to promote the progressive, active and controllable.
