Research on RMB Real Exchange Rate

Abstract

The paper starts with analyzing the cause of RMB revaluation pressure, and factors that made RMB exchange rate fluctuating, obtains a result that RMB exchange rate must be remained stable. The author puts further that Chinese government should adjust policy related to these affairs timely, in order to reduce pressure of RMB revaluation, improve the function of exchange rate policy.This article offers some proposals as well.
