Abstract
Objective:To study effects of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after thrombolytic therapy but without reperfusion. Methods:The data of 38 patients with AMI after thrombolytic therapy(urokinase) but without reperfusion(group Ⅰ) were analyzed and compared with 42 AMI patients who received no thrombolytic therapy(group Ⅱ).Results:Heart function was better( P 0 05),rate of angina pectoris and infarction expansion were decreased significantly( P 0 05) in group Ⅰ,compared with group Ⅱ,but no significantly differences between 2 groups were found in occurrence of fatal arrhythmia and short\|term prognosis. Conclusion:Results suggest that the thrombolytic therapy in AMI patients can improve life quality despite of no occurrence of reperfusion.
