Abstract

To review the study on fracture healing, and suggest that growth factors may play important roles in fracture healing. Growth factor corresponding gene therapy may become a potential method in fracture healing, especially using the gene of bone morphogenetic protein which expresses the growth factor and induces the differentiation of progenitor cells into osteoblast efficaciously.
