Abstract
The technology of microwave-assisted extracting polysaccharides using organic solvent from Wild Auricularia auricula(Hook.)Underw.was studied.Based on traditional methods an improved technology was applied, that is to determine the optimal technologic conditions with single factor and orthogonal experiments. The result showed that the optimum extraction condition was microwave power 560w,microwave extraction time 35s,material to liquid 1:40,extraction time 3h.And extraction ratio of polysaccharides was 98.55%.Compared with traditional extraction methods,microwave-assisted extraction reduced extraction time from 24h to 30s+3h and extraction yield was 7.12%.The special feature of microwave extraction technique over traditional extraction was short time, low energy consumption and high extraction ratio.
