Study on the influencing factors of college students all participating in social practice in Shandong province

Social practice plays an important role in talent cultivation in Chinese universities.All participation in social practice of college students are influenced by many factors.This paper,taking students of Shandong province as an example,puts forward 20 hypotheses of three aspects,including student’s individual factors,university’s internal factors,and social environment factors,and,based on the survey data,does an empirical analysis with the use of SPSS,the results of which show that nine factors of gender,grade,personal attitudes,performance expectation of social practice,organization form,practice base conditions,government policies and regulation’s protection,family support,and social public attitude have a significant impact on college students all participating in social practice.
