Abstract

Scholarization of editors is the respond to the academic features of their job.As editors of academic journals,they tend to enjoy fine sense of appreciation to create two-way communication between editors and authors.Their basic quality is to be knowledgeable extensively and specialized in some field,which is the fundamental guarantee for quality journals.By this,the quality can be improved as well as academic quality of editors themselves.
