Rent Management of Overseas Public Rental Housing

Abstract

Developing public rental housing is urgently needed to provide housing security for urban low-income families,new employees and migrant workers.It is important to develop public rental housing to perfect housing security system and promote economic development steadily.Rent management of public rental housing from America,Britain,Japan,Hong Kong is analyzed.Based on their good practices,some suggestions are given for our government considering current practices and problems in our country.
