Abstract

Objective The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relation between Bcl-2、Bax and the occurance of human uterine leiomyoma.Methods The expression of Bcl-2、Bax protein was employed to examine immunohistochemically in leiomyoma of the experiment group and adjacent normal myometrium of controling group.Results The expression of Bcl-2 protein in human uterine was 85% was significantly higher than that of adjacent nomal myometrium 27%.while the expressions of Bax protein was evidently lower in the former 17% that of latter 75% in contrast.Conclusion The developping of human uterine leiomyoma was related to the expression of Bcl-2、the loss expression of Bax.
