Analysis on Land Reclamation to Solve Three Rural Issues

Abstract
On the fundation of analysing the relationship between land reclamation and three rural issues,the positive results and deficiencies between them were summarized.And it also brought to gerenal plans which aimed at sloving the three dimensional rural issues and land reclamation,such as making a scientific land of renovation plan,enhancing the cooperation between different departments,integrating audit-related fund,strengthening the construction of environmental development and respecting the public will.
