Abstract

Objective To investigate the outcome of arthroscopic debridement and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection for the treatment of osteoarthristis(OA) of the knee.Methods 87 cases of 127 OA were treated with arthroscopic debridement and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection after operation.Results Arthroscopic debridement and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection could eliminate or alleviate the symptom of OA.Conclusion It is suggested that arthroscopic debridement and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection was an ideal method on OA.
