The ethnic consciousness of different individuals is different not only under the influence of complicated factors but also in different developmental phases.The school life and the ethnic theory education in colleges for nationalities intensify some students ethnic awareness in certain stage and make some students realize the nature of the ethnic phenomenon.Studying with different ethnic group classmates,most of the students learned the rational disposition of ethnic minority awareness and ethnic relations theories and experiences.Paying attention to the developmental stages of the ethnic minorities is of important significance to guide a positive ethnic awareness.
