Abstract

For many problems exist in the development of industry supervision,large transport construction supervision companies should be bigger and stronger,transformed into a comprehensive project management enterprise.Small and medium enterprises should do the fine to become a new type of professional supervision enterprise.Establishing a modern enterprise system,steadily diversification strategy to gradually implement integration strategies,actively implement the strategy of going out,insist on the implementation of brand strategy,vigorously implement thetalent thriving enterprisestrategy.
