Abstract

AIM To investigate the role of AcSDKP in regulating myofibroblast differentiation in the lung of rats with silicosis.METHODS SiO2 powders(50 g.L-1) were douched in bronchial tube of rat to make the silicotic model.Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control 4 weeks group and 8 weeks group,model 4 weeks group and 8 weeks group,AcSDKP treatment group(AcSDKP 800 μg.kg-1.d-1 after modeling
