Color Doppler ultrasound of the upper extremity venous thrombosis diagnosis value

Objective To study of color Doppler ultrasound on upper extremity venous thrombosis diagnosed by clinical value.Methods 38 cases of patients were treated with color Doppler by upper extremity venous examination,understanding of vascular morphology,blood spectrum morphology and blood flow parameters,in order to explore the high risk patients in treatment of the vascular effects.Results There were 9 cases with venous thrombosis,accounted for the examination 23.58%,accounted for the tube in 71.43%,accounted for the fistula in 30%.Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound to determine the site of upper extremity venous thrombosis,venous obstruction case is reliable,the important clinical value.
