Abstract
This paper first examines the status quo of Chinese enterprise's overseas MA,and then surveys the subjects,factor endowments,motives,lack of excellent managers and core competitiveness from the angle of enterprises and analyzes macroeconomic environment and the level of market development from the angles of government and uneconomic reasons of host nations.At last,the solutions are put forward as to strengthening research and strategic plan,avoiding planless MA and training more competitive private companies at the micro level,such as increasing government information offer on MA to companies and making guidance to companies at overseas MA,building a perfect law-supporting system and establishing governmental service agencies of overseas MA.
