Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical value and significance of ultrasound and mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Seventy-five female breast cancer patients were confirmed by pathology and surgery,and their ultrasound and mammography information before operation were analyzed and compared. Results The diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer was 73.3%,77.3% and 90.3% by ultrasonography,mammography and ultrasonography combined with mammography,respectively. Conclusion Ultrasonography and mammography are convenient,cheap and have high diagnosis accuracy,they are major methods to diagnose breast cancer. While ultrasonography combined with mammography can improve the detection rate and diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer.
