Quantitative Analysis of the Rule of Law—Global Experience about Rule of Law Index Measure System and Chinese Application

Index is a measure of global economies,an important criteria of political trends.In democracy,the rule of law and other social sciences has always been the lack of a quantitative analysis of research methods.We should change the traditional thinking of the Abstract rule of law.Between different cultures and break the rule of law values of barrier.This article start at the greatest influencial global rule of law index and combined with China's basic national conditions,to search for a new ideal type path for today's China.
