On the Theoretical Design of China's Rule of Law Index

Different from countries under the matur condition of rule of law,to explore and compile a set of Indexex of National Condition of of Law,which takes the economic and social developments as coordinates and aims at analyzing the correlation between the condition of the rule of law and economic and social indexes,may promote research on the national condition of rule of law in China to a higher degree and thus serve the macro-policy decision of rule of law much better.Such a set of indexes is neither exactly equivalent to the index system of evaluation of the rule of law used in the work assessment universally by Party and government departments at all levels in China,nor the same as the Rule of Law Index that is used internationally to evaluate the condition of rule of law.
