Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of glass fiber post in the single premolar tooth root canal.Methods: Chose the single premolar tooth root canal defects of 80 patients, with 104 teeth,and after the complete root canal treatment, selected the glass fiber post diameter and length according to the root of the situation, then the whole crown with two years of clinical follow-up observation. Results:There were 104 teethes, and no exception in the 100 teeth. There were 4 teeth loss or gingivitis. And repair success rate of 96.15%, with a satisfactory result.Conclusion: The defect treatmen of glass fiber post in a single premolar tooth root canal can achieve satisfactory results.
