Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of different dosage of simvastatin in the treatment of patients with dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes.Methods:104 patients with different clinical symptom, blood glucose and blood lipid were entered the study and randomized to three groups:80 mg group,40 mg group and 20 mg group by dosage of simvastatin.Lipid levels were detected after 24 weeks.Result:Levels of LDL-C and TC reduced significantly in 80 mg-group,40 mg-group and 20 mg-group.While the effect of 80 mg group was better than that of other groups. Conclusion:Intensification therapeutic dosage of simvastatin was better than common prescription dosage in treating dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes.
