Abstract
Objective To investigate the hemodynamic effects of intravenous Milrione in pediatric patients with CHD combining with CHF before operation.Methods Eighty patients were divided into four groups randomly as A、B、C were D.Doses for Milrinone Groups A、B、C were 0.25,0.5 and 0.75 μg/(kg·min)respectively and 5 μg/(kg·min)for Dopamine Group D.To observe the index varieties about hemodynamic and cardiac functions in different doses of Milrinone and compare with Group D.Provided the mentioned doses to each group continuously for three days.Results Milrinone Groups were enabled to decrease the pulmonary artery pressure(P0.01~0.05)and medium or high doses achieved better results(P0.01).No marked changes in BP and HR(P0.05).Systolic and diastolic functions took notable improvements(P0.01~0.05).Two cases were found to be ventricular arrhythmia(3.3%).No significant differences were taken in Group D for the above indexes.Conclusion Milrinone has both inotropic and vasodilative effects.It will enable an obvious improvement on cardiac functions as well as pulmonary artery pressure without having influences on BP and HR.
