Game theory analysis between the share of information resources and intellectual property right protection

With the share of information resource expansion and deepenning,the protection of the intellectual property rights has become more prominent day by day.The paper analyzed contradiction and relationship between the share of information resource and intellectual property right protection,concluded that sharing of information resource and protecting the intellectual property rights must be balanced.Based on this point information resource sharing and intellectual property protection strategy for the coordinated development was proposed.In this way,the work on both sides will be developed successfully,and our society will be more harmonious.
