Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for synchronizing determination of mercury and arsenic in food by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion. Methods:The food were dissolved by microwave and Hg,As in them were synchronizing detected by double-channel hydride generation-atomic fiuorcscence spectrometry. Results:Linear range for the determination was:rHg=0.9998,rAs=0.9997.The detection limit was:Hg:0.0002 mg/kg,As:0.005 mg/kg,with the RSD was:Hg:1.2%,As:0.83%.The recovery rate was:Hg:85%~91%,As:94%~103%.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy. So it is suitable for the current determination of batch.
