Abstract

Under the condition of gun without free recoil test-bed, and by means of test method of muzzle brake efficiency and calculation formula, and under two conditions of with and without muzzle brake during the course of gun fire, recoil fire test was carried out for full charge on gun mount, data of recoil resistance-time, recoil resistance-displacement were measured respectively,based upon them, muzzle brake efficiency for full charge was acquired.
