The quality of administrative personnel not only affects the functioning of the governing bodies and their management efficiency in colleges and universities,but also directly relates to the process of modernization of colleges and universities.In the field of the administration reform in colleges and universities,it has become an important and urgent task to strive to build a team of administrative personnel who can meet the needs of the development of higher education.The author of this paper,while making an analysis of the necessity of enhancing the quality of administrative personnel in colleges and universities,puts forwards some specific ways accordingly.
