The Approaches of Coordinating Urban-rural Development in Chengdu City

Coordinating urban-rural development aims to deconstruct dualistic structure in urban and rural areas in economy and society,to promote mutual exchange and optimum distribution of resources of various productive and resource elements in urban and rural areas,to promote coordinating developing and benign exchange between urban and rural areas.In terms of economic development,the problems of to get money and where to mobilize population in coordinating urban-rural development in under-developed western region should be solved.While in terms of governmental provision,the problems of balancing the relationship between urban and rural areas,between leadership and mass,between citizen and farmers should be solved.Only in five-integration-into-one and five-administration-in-one,will coordinating urban-rural development be hierarchally promoted.
