Abstract

The present of laboratory teaching staff in our university was compared with the past.This article summarized the development and characteristics of the laboratory teaching staff under the new situation.Furthermore,it come up with some suggestions in order to build a team of laboratory teaching staff with high level,high quality and rational structure,which can provide reference for colleges and universities at the same time.
