Abstract

This paper analyzes the status and existing problems in construction of experiment teaching team in colleges and universities.Based on the measures of Chongqing University in the experimental teaching team,this paper gives some suggestions about how to further consolidate the reform achievement,stabilize team of experimental teaching and improve experimental teaching professional skills and comprehensive quality in order to further improve the experimental teaching quality and better fulfill the demand of economic and social development for applied and compound talents as well as outstanding creative talents.
