Abstract
The hydrolysis of bis(4-nitrophenyl)phosphate(BNPP) catalyzed by triethanolamine-Ce(Ⅲ) complex was studied at 30℃ and pH8.0 in this paper. The experimental results indicate that triethanolamine-Ce(Ⅲ) complex dramatically accelerates the hydrolysis of BNPP.The observed first order rate constant of the hydrolysis of BNPP catalyzed by triethanolamine-Ce(Ⅲ) is 1.42×10~(-3)s~(-1),which is 1.27×10~9 times of that of spontaneous hydrolysis of BNPP at pH7.The catatalytic mechanism was proposed in this paper and the kinetic mathematical model of the catalytic reaction was also developed according to the mechanism.
