Teacher Empowerment:A New Perspective of Teacher's Professional Development

Abstract

The revolution of educational system calls for higher requirement of teachers' professional development.Teacher empowerment can improve the consciousness and space of teachers' professional development so as to meet this target.This thesis mainly focuses on the research topic of teacher's professional development in the perspective of teacher empowerment.In this thesis,the authors analyse the theory's importance to teacher's professional development and advance some suggestions for teacher empowerment.
