Abstract

Teacher empowerment is a kind of inherent demand of teacher professional development.It plays an important role on teacher professional development.But at this point,present administrative system in schools still has many problems including teachers themselves and the school.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the strategies from the perspectives of teachers,administrators and the school atmosphere.
