Etiological analysis and Ultrasound diagnosis on adenolymphoma and pleomorphic adenoma

Objective To promote the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonographic on adenolymphoma and pleomorphic adenoma according to analyze the features of ultrasonographic and etiologic factors.Methods Ultrasound image features and etiologic factors of 43 cases of adenolymphoma and 44 cases of pleomorphic adenoma were analyzed retrospectively according to surgical and pathological findings.Results The ratio of vertical and horizontal,cystic change ratio,blood signal ratio were statistical different(P0.05,P0.01).Age,sex,smoking and other factors were statistical different(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusions ultrasonographic is a useful method for the evaluation of adenolymphoma and pleomorphic adenoma.Combining ultrasonographic with clinical pathogeny analysis is a effective way to improve diagnostic accuracy.
