Analysis of the Legal Relations of Vocational College Student Management

Vocational college student management must be authorized by law.Without specific prooision of the law,the rights and interests of students would involved into a non-stationary state so that student management would occur the chaos state.The paper argues that the scope of student management in vocational college should include student status managemnet,student community service activities,community management,school teaching order management and student dormitory order management.As for management of the characteristics of vocational college student management,it reflects in practice management,employment management and personnel archive and household register management.
