The Application of β_2-MG、MALB、MALB/Cr Detection in Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical value of determination of β2-MG MALB、MALB/Cr in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of diabetic patients were divided into 5 groups which included negative urine protein,positive urine ptotein(urine protein +、++、+++、++++),β2-GM、MALB were measured by immunonephelometry and creatinine were measured by jaffe method.the date were campared with control group. Results DN patient had a higher β2-MG、MALB、MALB/Cr than that of normal people when qualitative tests of urine protein were negative.the levels of every index elevated with the increase of positive urine protein. Conclusin The united determination of urinary β2-GM、MALB、MALB/Cr and serum β2-MG is be helpful to improve positive rate of diabetic mellitus and easimate the part of illness and degsee of injury accurately,there were important clinical value for the index to precaution and treatment of diabetic mellitus.
