Abstract
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of non- mass breast cancer by molybdenum target X- ray, improve imaging early diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis 17 cases of molybdenum target X- ray findings with non- mass breast cancer, which confirmed by pathology, evaluate the diagnosis and value. of molybdenum target X- ray in non- mass breast cancer. Results 17 cases of non- mass breast cancer,10 cases have clinical palpable mass,no palpable mass in 7 cases. Malignant calcification eight cases, structural distortions five cases, small pieces of high density four cases in Imaging findings. 14 cases had been accuratly diagnosed by Molybdenum target X-ray,accounting for 82. 4%. Misdiagnosed 2 cases, accounting for 11. 8 percent, missed one case,5. 8%. Conclusion Combined with clinical history and physical examination,X- ray mammography had convenient, diagnostic accuracy rate in non- mass breast cancer. It can more effective to prevent misdiagnosis.
