Abstract
Objective:To investigate the breast imaging features of molybdenum x-ray, in order to improve the diagnostic rate of small breast cancer. Methods:To analyse retrospectively the x-ray findings of 106 cases with breast cancer less than 2cm in diameter. All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results:Among 106 patients, 91 cases showed knob,45 cases had calcification,21 cases showed focal architecture distortion, 4 cases had dilated duct,28 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density. Conclusion:To recognize the x-ray findings of nearly early breast cancer is very valuable in the diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis.
