Abstract
Eduacational cadres should have the spirits and abilities to blaze new trails.Actually many of them lack such attainment training and quality because of the objective or subjective conditions.In the great practice of carring forword the quality-oriented education and furthering the educational reform,educational cadres should work hard,practise bravely and imporve their own qualities of bring forth new ideas.
