Abstract

The historical experiences tell us that focusing adult cadres education is the right choice.Promoting cadres abilities and peoples qualities both need focusing adult cadres education.Firstly,we must let our cadres have concept of lifelong learning.Sedcondly,we must make reasonable long-term and short-term planning.Thirdly,we must constantly innovate our training methods.Finally,we should make some useful systems to encourage adult cadres learning.
