From "Home Ownership Scheme" to "Home to Live in"——Analysis the Aim and Realization of Housing Security in China

Focusing on housing difficulty for common people and ensuring public residence interest are the main issues at present,and they are also the key point for work of all levels of government.From the practice view,it is meaningful for establish the reasonable aim of housing security to resolve the housing problem in the long development.Recently,the aim of housing security has changed from the home ownership scheme to home to live in ,and the realization of home to live in not only involves establishment of various levels of housing system such as common commercial residential building,low-income housing and public renting housing.Moreover,the legislation for housing security needs to be done at once,which will satisfy the housing demands for low-income people by the method of law to maintain the housing interests of people.
