Abstract
According to the incentive theory and features of the construction project in China, the paper puts forward a hypothesis that the following nine factors have an influence upon team incentive effects: integration of team objectives and personal objectives;respect and communication;praise and encouragement;licensing and job enlargement;salary;exception handling;combination of the elder,middle-aged and young members;ability-improving and experience/knowledge-enriching;and force and threat. The empirical research confirms that all the above-mentioned factors except combination of the elder,middle-aged and young members have a close correlation with team incentive effects.
