Abstract
The student appraisal of teaching is a very important method of college teaching quality monitoring,and for many years of implementing in China already.However,as time passes,its function has weakness;even it becomes a mere formality in the process of implementing and gradually lost its function.From the perspective of economic,the relationship between teacher and student in the appraisal of teaching is analyzed,and the essential reason of the current appraisal of teaching system failure is revealed by establishing the game model of appraisal of teaching and the Nash Equilibrium of the game model is analyzed.Besides,an effective way to solve the trouble of the current appraisal of teaching is by analyzing the strategies in order to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the appraisal of teaching results is proposed.
