Abstract
Optimal conditions for the extraction of flavones from bamboo leaves were systemically researched by using orthoganol design, and purification conditions were studied by using Macro-reticular resin. The results showed, there were no remarkable difference between abstraction with warm water and ultrasonic technique extraction methods, the optimal conditions for the extraction with warm water bath was 80℃,(30∶1) of 80% ethanol solution to bamboo leaves weight ratio and extracted for 3 hours. From four Macro-reticular resins which all can absorb flavones we finally found that the optimal Macro-reticular resin was AB-8.
