Abstract
The will of crime is the core among the elements controlling the crime of immediate intention which embodies the essence of culpability about the immediate criminal intention. The criminal will is a dynamic course of mental activity and based on the criminal motive and purpose, that is, the course of criminal forming and demonstrating regarding the criminal will is practically a course of completing the criminal purpose. The “desire of the immediate criminal intention is a course of will activity during which the actor intends to commit some crime, influences on some object and leads to a result of offending so as to achieve the expected aim to crime.
