Abstract
By using pot plant test method, different Rhizobia strains were inoculated in different soil in which different soybean varieties had been planted.Ureide content and nitrogenase activity were analyzed,corre-lation coefficient between them was 0.64,which indicated that positive correlation existed between ureide content and nitrogenase activity. Therefore, ureide content can not only be used as an index to evaluate nitrogenase ac-tivity,but also to help screening of high efficient nitrogen fixation Rhizobia strain.
