Abstract
Objective: To explore and analyze the various factors of the male infertilitys′ sperm in Xiamen Area. Methods: Totally 332 male patients from male infertility screening center and 107 normal fertile men were selected to analyze and detect semen normal index by detecting system of SQA-V full automatic sperm quality analyzer. Results: No statistically significant difference was found in semen volume and pH value between the infertility group and the normal control group(P 0.05),but there were statistically significant difference in sperm density, the a + b ratio of sperm activate rate, and the percentage of normal sperm morphology between the two group s(P 0.05).Conclusions: The three indexes, including sperm density, the a + b ratio of sperm activate rate, and the percentage of normal sperm morphology were lower in the infertile men than those in normal controls.
