A unified,standardized,and orderly land circulation market,is not only the protection for the healthy development of the rural land circulation,but also is the platform where elements of rural land productivity are rationally allocated and appropriate operated,urban and rural economic development is co-coordinated.However,at present,the development of the circulation market of agricultural land is still restrained and faces with many difficulties.Land circulation should be a process of different elements of configuration,not the government's behavior.The government should be aware of the roles of itself in the process of developing rural land circulation of the market,and make best use of its macro-management and micro-service functions.
